Columbia Greene Community College will be hosting FREE FAFSA Workshops January 10, 18, & 26 from 10am-2pm!
These drop in workshops are open to all high school students, regardless of where you plan to attend college.

Taconic Hills CSD held a lockdown drill this morning (12/6).
Students & staff did a wonderful job.
Thank you to local law enforcement for their assistance with the drill.
This morning at approximately 8:50am, the Taconic Hills facility experienced an electrical phase loss from the utility company.
In response to this, the Buildings & Grounds team cut power to the building to prevent damage to the building’s electrical equipment.
At no time were any students or staff in danger.
The fire department and NYSEG were requested to respond to the facility as a precautionary measure. Students were dismissed according to their emergency dismissal plan as a precaution as well.
The District is currently operating on generator power, and is working with an electrical contractor to assess damage & make necessary repairs.

Adult Continuing Education Personal Finance Class:
What is up with your finances? Learn or expand your knowledge of personal finance. Get a handle on financial terms, budgeting, investing, insurance, social security, credit and more. You will have opportunities to ask questions and to play financial games. Laptop internet access required. You will not be sold anything.
Pre-registration and payment are required. Classes begin October 20, 2022.
