Lentil Soup

Students made lentil soup this week in Mrs. Edelman’s food & nutrition class. Students practiced their chopping skills on onions, garlic, leeks, carrots, and celery. They then added their veggies with the rest of the ingredients to a large pot, and let the soup simmer while they cleaned up their kitchens. 🍵

Many students have never tried this recipe before, and what better time to try a new soup then Winter!
