The mission of our Continuing Education Program is to provide community members with a range of academic, athletic, artistic, business, hobby and recreational workshops at our K-Life Learning Center campus. Our continuing education program will reflect our district’s increased focus on lifelong learning.

American Red Cross CPR & AED Full Course FLYER
Open to current certificate holders per NYS Department of Health requirements for annual recertification. Instructor Robin Semp is a Certified Lifeguard. Instructor by the American Red Cross. Must be 15 years old, complete blended learning portion online, continuously swim 300 yards (crawl stroke and breaststroke), retrieve a 10 pound brick from 12 feet, tread water for 2 minutes.
Recreational Volleyball [Fall 2021 - Spring 2022]
Fun and vigorous, this volleyball course offers volleyball enthusiasts an open format. Great exercise and good-natured competition complete this popular aerobic activity. Some prior knowledge or experience of the game is required. A minimum of ten participants are required for the program to run. You must sign up in advance. Pre-registration and payment are required. Yoga Class [Winter 2020]
Each class begins with breathing techniques that will relax the body and focus the mind, followed by sequence moves or poses that will be coordinated with a music playlist. Each class ends with relaxation and rest. The yoga class will run for eight (8) weeks. The goal is to achieve a practice that can be continued at home or to continue doing yoga as a long-term practice.
