To elect two (2) members of the Board of Education for two (2), five (5) year terms, commencing on July 1, 2021 and expiring on June 30, 2026, to succeed Linda Lee and Bonnie Torchia.

Proposition #1: 2021 – 2022 Budget
Shall the Board of Education of the Taconic Hills Central School District be authorized to expend the sums set forth in the budget, for the 2021-2022 school year, in the amount of $38,956,006 and to levy the necessary tax therefor?

Proposition #2: Purchase of School Buses 
Shall the Board of Education be authorized to: (a) acquire two (2) full-size buses at a maximum aggregate cost of $254,000; and (b) expend such sums for such purpose from the 2020-2021 unallocated fund balance?

Proposition #3: Creation of Capital Reserve
Shall the Board of Education be authorized to: (1) establish a reserve fund to be known as the “Capital Reserve Fund No. 2” effective July 1, 2021, the purpose of which is to finance the cost of capital improvements which include general improvements to school property, including but not limited to, construction, reconstruction, and renovations or additions to the District’s buildings, including site work and the acquisition of original furnishings, computers, equipment, machinery, technology or apparatus required for the purpose for which such buildings are to be used and (2) commencing with the 2021-2022 school year, fund the Capital Reserve Fund No. 2 up to $5,000,000.00 from the unallocated fund balance, and the probable duration of such Fund being ten (10) years?
