Today, the Elementary School held its second PBIS (Positive Behavioral Interventions & Supports) Assembly! Students in grades PreK–6 gathered in the Performing Arts Center to participate in an interactive questionnaire game focused on what it means to be Titan STRONG ( being Safe, Treating others with respect, making Responsible decisions, staying ON task, and showing Growth).
We were also proud to recognize our Quarter 2 “Dependable” students who missed less than half a day of school between November 7 and January 30, along with students who showed the most improvement from Quarter 1 to Quarter 2 and those who have made outstanding growth since the start of 2026.
To wrap up the assembly, student Gavin drew names from the ticket bin to select prize winners. Students earn tickets when they are observed demonstrating Titan Strong behaviors, and those tickets are entered into the prize drawings. Prizes build throughout the year, beginning with a hot chocolate bar in December, followed by a pajama day two weeks ago, and next up — a schoolwide game day!
Since introducing PBIS, we’ve seen exciting growth in attendance, and it’s been amazing to watch our students rise to the challenge!
