Childcare for 1st Responders/Health Care Providers

Dear Taconic Hills CSD Families,

As you know, Governor Cuomo directed all schools to suspend classes for two weeks, beginning March 18th. One of our priorities as a community is to ensure that our parents who are employed as either first responders or health care providers have the necessary child care supports in place so that they can continue working outside of the home.

If you are a licensed healthcare provider (e.g. - physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, registered nurses, LPNs and nurse assistants or laboratory personnel) or employed as a first responder (e.g. - paramedics, emergency medical technicians, police officers, and firefighters) who requires child care support during our current school class cancelations, please take a few minutes to complete this survey so that the District can assist you.

Thank you, to all our families, for your support and partnership as we continue to navigate unchartered territory.

Sincerely,

Neil L. Howard, Jr
